An admission ticket is valid for one person, unless stated otherwise, and will be checked on entry. Duplicate or copied tickets may be refused.
If a ticket is lost or stolen before the admission check, no refund will be given.
2. Validity, Date/Time and Changes
Tickets may be valid for a specific date and/or time, or for a specified period (e.g. ‘valid until …’). This will be stated on the ticket or in the confirmation.
If changes are permitted, they can be made by contacting [email protected], provided the ticket has not yet been used.
No refunds will be given for failure to attend or late arrival.
3. Capacity and Closure During Busy Periods
For safety and capacity reasons, De Drentse Koe may temporarily restrict or suspend admission when visitor numbers are high. This may also apply to annual pass holders. In such cases, there is no entitlement to reimbursement of travel or other costs.
4. Opening Hours and Force Majeure
De Drentse Koe may change its opening hours and (parts of) what is available, for example due to weather conditions, maintenance, safety considerations or force majeure. Up-to-date information will be published on our website and other channels.
If De Drentse Koe has to close completely due to force majeure, the booking must be rescheduled for another date.
5. Cooling-off Period / Right of Withdrawal
Date- or time-specific tickets (or bookings for a specific date/time): there is no statutory cooling-off period or right of withdrawal.
Open tickets purchased online or by telephone may be subject to the statutory 14-day cooling-off period, provided the ticket has not been used and is still valid.
